Tomasz Poniński

Tomasz Poniński graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He completed Finance and Banking, as well as Management programs. Currently, Tomasz is enrolled to doctoral studies at SGH in the Collegium of Business Administration.
Tomasz is also chairman of Orenore Polska LLC – an investment fund active in life-science/biotechnology, Internet and renewable energy industries. He sits on the board of portfolio companies, including AirWayMedix S.A., Adiuvo S.A., Sahel S.A., Peptaderm Sp. z o.o. Since 2003, when the patent application process began, he’s been involved, as the chairman of VipTech LLC (co-owner of Claritel SPV), in a project of polyolefin waste recycling. Earlier he was a member of Supervisory Board of a leasing company, FMCG companies, Hungarian energy company, a cooperative and an investment fund from Małopolska region. Before joining Orenore, Tomasz advised the Management Board of a public company on investment and growth and freelanced as a consultant for strategy creation (i.a. entry strategy for a bank entering Polish market), restructuring and investment project execution. Moreover, Tomasz was a member of The Board of an FMCG company.
